Business Controls, Incorporated, dba MySafeCampus® ("MSW") provides an anonymous
incident reporting system for its corporate clients. Clients' employees can discreetly
and anonymously report an incident via a European Union ("EU") equivalent to an
800 number or through the MSW website. The incident reports are automatically distributed
to designated recipients within the client organization.
MSW complies with the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework and the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor
Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection,
use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries
and Switzerland. MSW has certified that it adheres to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles
of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement.

Any data collected by MSW will not be disclosed to third parties except where permitted
or required by contract with the client. The persons authorized to receive any data
collected are authorized at the direction of the client.
MSW provides its employees education on compliance with the Safe Harbor Principles
and has self-assessment procedures in place to ensure its compliance. Individuals

Any dispute that cannot be resolved in a mutually satisfactory manner may be submitted
to confidential arbitration in Arapahoe County, Colorado and shall be conducted
under the rules prevailing of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The Arbitrator's
award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent
